We deliver the beauty of live classical music to people in emotional and physical pain, and to others who cannot easily venture out of hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, and children’s shelters. Musicians and singers of all ages and artistic skills are invited to participate in Agape Recitals.

Agape Recital Information

Who can attend? 

This recital is for the residents at the facilities we visit. If you want to attend, please contact the organizer for permission.

Who can perform?

The program for the recitals is arranged from beginners to amateurs to professionals, young and old. For beginners and amateurs, we ask that you have a piece well prepared. It doesn’t have to be long and complicated, but it should be well polished. Community volunteer form is available by request.

Information we need

If you and/or your group are going to play at our upcoming Community Recitals, please provide us with the following information one week prior to the event date.

1. Your name, your age, and your instrument
2. The title and the length of musical piece(s), composer’s name, composer’s years of life (birth year – death year, if applicable)

Guidelines for the performance

• Dress appropriately. Formal dress will be appreciated for dedicating our music as a gift to the audience.
• Introduce yourself briefly and explain about the music you are going to play before you perform.
